*Please note: Each ketamine treatment session includes a $225 fee for the medical provider in addition to the cost of each KAP session. Follow-up visits with a medical provider are required every 3 months to assess your progress and to evaluate the need for continuation of treatment. We are considered an out-of-network provider and require full payment at time of service. As a courtesy for our clients, we are happy to submit a superbill on your behalf to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for information on out-of-network benefits.
